ComstockMarketPlace offers two types of catalogs - "PAPER" catalog which features the Top Card Sellers in the Comstock, Q Cards, Bananas and Cream, West Graphics and Krack Ups lines plus all Naughty Nudes and BoyTown News. Our "DIGITAL" catalog comes on CD and features for all our products - everyday and seasonal. When ordering a catalog, you will receive the following on the CD - catalog and any supplements, best sellers lists and a current price sheet. Catalogs and price sheets are updated quarterly for product availability and price changes; best seller list are updated quarterly.
Catalogs can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat. It can be downloaded HERE if you do not have it on your computer.
Individuals may purchase a catalog for a small fee.
Price List are updated quarterly and the most current copy can be downloaded here at any time. The price list will give you a list of all available products, price per piece and barcode. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Price lists include barcodes for all our products. Most all products have UPC-A barcodes on the back of the cards. There are a small hand-ful which do not have a code.
ComstockMarketPlace offers the following payment terms: COD (established customers only), Net terms (with credit approval - Click HERE to download our credit sheet), Pre-pay (established customers only - allows you FREE FREIGHT) and credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are NOT considered "/Pre-pay/". All new/first-time orders are Credit Card only.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS: The only form of payment accepted is credit card. We do not accept checks. Freight is paid by the customer.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call our office to get a Return Authorization Number. This number must be on the outside of the box as well as an ITEMIZED list on the inside of the box with your company name, the RA# and a list containing the following information: style number, quantity returning and price.
Customers are responsible for freight charges on return shipments; any returns sent freight collect will be refused.
No credit will be issued for merchandise that has been stickered or damaged.�When returning greeting cards, envelopes must be returned as well. A return WITHOUT an itemized list will be assessed a 20% restocking fee in addition to any discounts already received.
Seasonal merchandise must be returned during the following time period - Christmas by January 25; Valentine by March 15.
We do not give refunds unless we made a error in processing.�
